The Associated Press recently published an investigative report on secret surveillance flights conducted by the FBI over U.S. cities. One of the FBI planes was spotted flying over the city of Buffalo, NY this Wednesday, July 15, 2015.
The aircraft was a Cessna 182T and circled over the city for approximately two hours. The majority of its activity centered around Buffalo's east side, an area known for poverty, drugs, and violence. The AP report suggests the planes may be outfitted with surveillance technology for bulk data collection and mass surveillance.
The AP report is available here.
The plane is owned by National Aircraft Leasing Corporation, one of the FBI's front companies. Its registration number is N510KS. The plane departed from Buffalo Niagara Int'l Airport but seemingly landed on a small road in Angola, NY.

Geoengineering in Buffalo, NY, July 10, 2015
The following photos were taken July 10, 2015 from several locations in Buffalo, New York. The photos were taken over the span of one day and show a deliberate, intense campaign of aerosol spraying, otherwise known as chemtrailing.
13:59 EST. First photo taken, sky shows heavy spraying activity having already taken place.
13:59 EST. Spray trails exhibit spreading.
16:08 EST. Jet heading northwest spraying, with aerosol emission displaying a large skip. Very visible from ground when it occurred.
16:09 EST. Jet emits another skip in aerosol trail.
16:09 EST.
16:15 EST. Lingering emission trail from jet in previous three pictures.
17:25 EST. Lingering aerosol emissions over Lake Erie.
17:25 EST. Commercial jet flying west, no aerosol emissions.
17:26 EST. Jet flying very high altitude heading west/northwest.
17:26 EST. Jet in previous picture, zoomed out. Upper left side of frame.
17:26 EST. Same jet, zoomed in.
17:40 EST. Missed this jet, heading west.
17:43 EST. Jet heading east/southeast. Visible to the right is a previous aerosol emission. The jets fly in patterns and groups of three, flying through previous emissions in both directions. Rarely are turns or course corrections visible.
17:43 EST. Jet from previous photo, continuing eastward.
17:53 EST. Jet heading eastward through emission trail of previous jet. Jet is dead center of picture, with defined emission trail behind it.
18:02 EST. Jet heading west/northwest through now thick aerosol emission cover.
18:10 EST. Jet moving west through previous emission trails.
19:00 EST. Recent aerosol emission trail indicating eastward flight path.
19:00 EST. Jet heading eastward, emitting a resilient aerosol trail.
19:06 EST. Jet heading west/northwest through previous emission trail. When jet emerges in next picture, aerosol sprayers have been deactivated.
19:06 EST. Jet appears from emission cloud and its sprayers have been turned off. Jet is visible in upper center of picture as silver line.
19:06 EST. Jet continues moving westward with its sprayers deactivated.
19:06 EST. Jet continues moving westward. The two small bursts of white behind the jet were visible signs of the emission system being activated.
19:06 EST. Photo is grainy, bear with me. Photo is zoomed in shot of emission system spurts from previous photo.
19:08 EST. Jet enters cloud and emission system is reactivated, visible in center of photo.
19:08 EST. Jet continues moving northwest with emission system visibly on.
20:29 EST. The above four pictures show a jet flying eastward directly overhead through the several emission trails laid previously.
20:37 EST. This photo shows the emission trail left by the jet in the previous four photos some ten minutes later. Hasn't moved, only spread out and combined with other trails.
20:41 EST. Immediately following the previous jet's direct overhead flyover, these ripples appeared in the sky north of our location. Google "HAARP ripples" for an explanation of this phenomenon, and please consult this link: http://www.globalresearch.ca/radio-frequency-climate-manipulation-amounts-to-weather-warfare/5459118
20:42 EST. HAARP ripples.
20:45 EST. This right angle cut appeared in a cloud just east of the ripples, another phenomenon mentioned in this article: http://www.globalresearch.ca/radio-frequency-climate-manipulation-amounts-to-weather-warfare/5459118
20:45 EST. Another jet emerges, flying westward through previous emission trails.
20:46 EST. Jet continues westward through emission trails.
20:52 EST. HAARP ripples.
20:54 EST. Another jet emerges, flying westward.
20:55 EST. Jet continues moving westward.
20:56 EST. Jet exits field of view, traveling west/northwest.
21:01 EST. View of HAARP ripples and odd circular formations over Nardin Academy.

The above photos provide clear evidence of a concerted, covert operation to spray the atmosphere with what has been alleged are mixes of aluminum oxides, barium, strontium, and many other chemicals and elements for the purpose of climate geoengineering and solar radiation management. Patents are held for these technologies and are readily available for researching on the internet.
The above photos were taken on Friday, July 10, 2015 in Buffalo, NY. I have documented further geoengineering in the subsequent days including more extensive aerosol spraying and ripple formations.
In addition to documenting the operations with photos, I have consulted flight radar for the flights and and none of the spraying operations appear on radar. Satellite imagery of the Eastern U.S. also shows a visible depletion of water vapor emanating from Buffalo due east, forcing precipitation events south of New York state. There have been similar flight paths the past three days.
--
Geoengineering presents a clear and present danger. I will be continuing to document the local geoengineering operations and will be forwarding all the evidence to the media, local meterologists, politicians and law enforcement.
Geoengineering needs to be ceased now.

Rambling on Buffalo's Separation from the Waterfront
It occurred to me last week, existentially, how divorced
Buffalo is from it’s lakeshore.
Buffalo arguably has more green space than other cities its size – I
don’t have proof to back this up, but having lived in NYC, anything seems
better than there – but it still lacks a connection to nature I found living
out in the smaller towns out west.
I’ve been working at a house situated right on the
waterfront, the biggest and most readily present opportunity to get out into a
natural setting in the city. The
other option is Delaware park, which is bisected by a thruway and other
roadways and buildings and developments.
Anyhow, I get to look out at the waterfront daily and I can’t help but
notice the lack of foot traffic and people I see there. There’s a park and a bike path directly
in front of the house, so it’s
easy to see the foot traffic.
Granted, it’s winter in Buffalo and this one was exceptionally cold with
plentiful amounts of standing snow.
Even I became a bit jaded by the snow covered sidewalks and frigid
temperatures by early March that I stopped carrying on my normal routines and
starting fucking off, drinking, not doing chores, not leaving the house, or
leaving the house way too much and doing nothing at local piss holes.
What I’m getting at is this: Buffalo’s waterfront is the biggest connection the city has
to nature, yet it is so inaccessible from the city proper that for the 2.5 some
miles of waterfront available to the downtown districts, there are only two –
two! – vehicle access points connecting the city and the waterfront. One at Porter Avenue and one at Erie
Street, literally 2.5 miles apart.
Then there is one footbridge located at Hudson Avenue, smack in the
middle of the two vehicle bridges.
The experience that really made me frustrated by this
terrible, terrible situation happened last Monday. I rode my bike to work, from Allentown, and decided to take
the footbridge via Hudson. Most
people in this town would refuse to take the bridge because to get there you
have to traverse through a section of town the locals refer to as Vietnam, an
area so riddled with hard drugs, illegal guns, black market life, and poverty
that it’s too dangerous to go through.
The local Dominican who informed me of this, himself an alleged heroin
errand runner, told me that it would be safe for me to travel through there,
because, as a tall, white male, it would be thought that I was a narc and therefore
be avoided. In a land of
lawlessness, though, not everyone plays for the same team and there’s no
guarantee I would be left alone.
So, anyway, I ride down Hudson, passing by spray-painted
buildings, one-stop corner shops, and people loitering and walking in the
streets. It’s just before 9
AM. I get to the foot bridge, mind
you, one of three total access points to the waterfront, and as I roll closer
see there is no cleared path to the bridge. It’s all covered with snow. I come to a stop and my eyes hit the bridge and see that the
bridge has not been cleared once this whole snowy, cold, god-forsaken
winter. There’s atleast two feet
of standing snow the whole way over the bridge, and it looks as if the bridge
has only been crossed by pedestrians some twenty times, the path untrodden and
unclear. It’s early in the
morning, I have my bike, and I’m somewhat hungover from a Sunday of way too
many hours of listless, depressive drinking in the Allentown pissers. I count my options and decide against riding
the 2 miles in either direction to get to my destination not half a mile in
front of me. I decide to take the
stupid footbridge across.
Since there’s no clear, hard path, I start postholing
through the layer of hard crust on top of the wind-blown surface. Step, sink, step, sink, step, sink,
step, sink, stop, step, sink, stop, as it goes. I throw my bike over my shoulder, and continue up, huffing
and puffing my way out of my recent slumber and one cup of coffee
breakfast. On top of a head full of
shit and a liver full of beer. Not
a brilliant start to a Monday but I guess this has been my life. I pick up the pace, bringing myself to
a riddled jog, trying to get my heart rate up so I’m not half dying by the
postholes. I make it to the top
and mount my cycle, a veritable dual suspension mountain bike. I rode this because my roadie had a
flat and the roads have been covered in snow which makes the mountain bike the
best option either way. I mount
the cycle and try to get moving, only to sink into the snow and have my front
tire dive around to the right and left aimlessly as it sinks when I try to
go. Nothing. Dismount. I try again some twenty feet later as the grade
increases. Still nothing. Dismout. I throw the bike back over my shoulder and say forget it as
nothing has changed. Still no
path, still two feet of snow, still Monday morning with a head full of shit and
a stomach full of coffee. I get to
the end of the bridge, and for some odd reason expect the path to be clearer
when I hit the park. No, no, it’s
only gotten worse from the wind, with deeper snow and a few clear paths of
lonely postholes. I make my way
across LaSalle Park, postholing some one hundred odd feet to the road,
wondering how late this little Monday morning challenge has made me. Huffing and puffing, I hop on the cycle
and go, navigating my way around six inch deep potholes, one inch piles of
salt, and layers of brown snow too resilient to the sun and salt. I finally find my way to the LaSalle
bike path and it’s clear as day, less a couple slicks of ice. I get to the job on time and gather my
wits, my body trying to regulate itself after my unexpected physical exertion
on a night of piss and morning of nothing.
Why is it that across this once great city, with many fine
assets to offer, that there are but three total avenues connecting it to it’s
greatest feature, one of the world’s largest bodies of fresh water? Why, because, in some group of
scholars, bureaucrats and businessmen’s infinite wisdom, they chose to value
the higway over everything else.
The highway as the paramount pinnacle of human ingenuity. The highway as testament to the power
of man, the supreme force of economic mastery. Forget everything else, the vehicle is what it is to be man,
to be alive. Forget your history,
forget nature, and forget god.
Nothing matters but the easiest way down, and that road goes there and
it is good. Damn the lake, damn
the river, and damn the future.
Its our way or the highway, and its for your own damn good.
Like a dam in a river, the Buffalo thruways hold us, the
waters, captive, releasing a slow trickle of us beyond, to the waterfront of
this once great city. And like a
dam in a river, we are stewing in our own pollution, succumbing to the force of
the madness of the road. The chaos
of one force repelling all the rest.
But someday, it’s going to drive the whole place mad and the then the
road will crumble and fall, as it can’t hold us back, and it will become the
broken down signature of past successes, unable to be repaired and unable to
function without the strangling of our monies and works.
And on the other side, the quiet, serene scene of a lake,
with nothing but birds and a few smart pinnacles of rocks holding back the
forces of nature from overtaking us here on the other side. And its ours, if only we get could get
there. If only we could change our
history, we might be able to touch something real. But you have to find your way to the other side, and damn
the people that have gone mad in their quest to make you their servant. Don’t be held back by the dam of this
forsaken highway, for it is nothing but madness and a thief until its end.

Charlie Hebdo Attack: Dogma and Divisions
I don't hate the Charlie Hebdo attack because people were murdered, which is a tragedy. I also don't hate the Charlie Hebdo attack because it was perpetrated by "radical Muslim terrorists." Rather, I hate the Charlie Hebdo attack because the division it creates between me and those who either cannot comprehend or are intolerant of my disbelief of accepted dogma. This is what has been created by media crisis events - accepted dogma. And if you don't accept the dogma, you're alone. There's the dogma and there's the conspiracy theory - and I happen to be one of the people unconvinced by the immediate dogmas conjured up by the machinations of man.
Call me what you will, but there's a precedent of lies and false flag events that are constantly paraded around as definite history. When the onion is peeled, though, layer after layer reveal a different story than the one told by it's husk. At the core, all these events are somehow rotten. Indeed, the real reason I hate the Charlie Hebdo attack is the divisions it creates between those who are satisfied with the patent, digestible scenarios portrayed as utter truth and those who look beyond the prima facie explanation. Why the intolerance? Why the outrage? Blasphemy, that's why. We've made something God on this earth, and it's not the truth and it's not justice.

Why the intolerance? Why the outrage? Blasphemy, that's why. We've made something God on this earth, and it's not the truth and it's not justice.
I don't have to allude to facts and examples to prove any reason why I distrust what I'm offered as incontrovertible truth. In fact, that, I believe that is the task of those who challenge the naysayers. In common conversation, I do not want to undertake the task of challenging your dogmatic worldview - there simply isn't enough time in the day and I have other things to do. If you want to understand anything, look it up for yourself. But if you're barking up the wrong tree, it's ultimately not my responsibility to stop you. I'm getting my food elsewhere, I guess. But, regardless, if you insist, a police commissioner suiciding himself in his office and a brilliant ID drop in the car by one of the assassins is enough to raise questions about the veracity of the whole event. Forget all the internet people analyzing the onslaught of other discrepancies - an investigator's death in this situation easily raises red flags.
It's a monumental task to dissect a media event consisting of outright propaganda and distortions. Like every other manufactured crisis event that is fobbed upon us, divisions dot the social interactions of people at odds with each other over a personal battle they cannot lose. This shit is real, we all think. Nobody wants to lose an inch, and its easier to keep it that way. But do we really know anything? Maybe the astute researchers do, the government and private employees given access to deep classified information, maybe the sleuths.
But for me, all it takes is my history of challenging dogmas to initiate people's defenses from these crisis events. I don't even have to be made very aware of any crisis event anymore before I'm attacked by the dogmatics who have been given their truths. At this point, it's hard to figure out how to diffuse these situations when they are constantly triggered by events far afield and under no control of mine. In a sense, it's between me and people right next to me more than anything else. It's just a fact of existence that the crisis event managers are going to go about fucking everything up around me. Including my relationships, including my friendships, including the fabrics of my basic community. Then my days become long with blowhards and bloviators, and my nights long with dalliances and escapism. Nothing towards anything, but at least I'm not standing still. Someday, I'll be seen as someone who I actually am rather than someone somebody thinks I might be.

GMO's in the USA: Box Food, Science Snacks, and the Monsanto Bots
There's a strain of thought in the food world that GMO's are fine, the science is good, and you have no real education on the matter if you protest their benefits. Then there's another strain that believes they are questionable at best, dangerous at worst, and are only the baby of corporations like Monsanto. I fall on the side of avoiding them, but this habit apparently requires an encyclopedic memory and a biology degree. You basically have to be a granola to not eat GMO's. If it comes in a box, you probably should not eat it. Box food is all the rage, if you think about it. It's a logistical luxury and signifies the successes of man, but also gets to the root of the food problem - the abstract nature of food production and the supply chain. GMO's are taking us way down the rabbit hole, so that we can tinker our way into heaven instead of being properly let in when the door opens. Open sesame is what GMO's and box food is all about. There's a bit of je ne sais quoi when you get into box food - feels good for some odd reason, almost exciting. Could it be our collective ascent to becoming a race of Monsanto bots, happily saturated with GMO's? Or is it the joy we experience that the next step in our evolution as humans is arriving with each science snack we experiment? Whatever's going on, Monsanto sure doesn't want anything to upset their apple cart, and we all know what happens when Monsanto bots don't get a square deal on their apple drink.
Just recently, Nassim Taleb published a paper, "The Precautionary Principle (with Application to the Genetic Modification of Organisms)," in which he advocates avoiding GMO's based on its potential level of harm to crops and human health, which basically entails everything. GMO's present a systemic risk, the variables of which are still both uncertain and unidentified. In clear terms, Taleb states, "[a] rational consumer should say: We do not wish to pay—or have our descendants pay—for errors made by executives of Monsanto, who are financially incentivized to focus on quarterly profits rather than long term global impacts." Makes sense to me, but this sort of common sense is long gone for the hungry masses. They've been drinking the kool-aid for so long they've gone blind.
Take Proposition 37's defeat in California back in 2012 for example. You had two sides fervently lobbying against each other, except the side that won hand over fist outspent the granolas. The granolas just don't have the cash to go up against the gasoline pushers. Monsanto alone, the largest source of financing against the proposition, contributed $8.1 million to its defeat, which is more than four times the amount of money contributed by the proposition's largest supporter, Mercola Health Resources. It's no secret Monsanto makes large sums of money off their GMO corn strain and Roundup combo pack. Labeling products with Monsanto packages in them just offers people the choice to either join in and be part of the gang or just be ho-hum on the sidelines. What's so bad about that? Let people make their own friends, right?
Then there are the people who have already consumed enough Monsanto gadgets to be considered owned by them - the ones strolling through grocery stores in pajamas, carts piled high with box food, soda, and other high-tech science snacks. Lots of technology goes into these people, yet you rarely see them forming words or emotions other than grunts and gasps. Saturate yourself with GMO's and you're no longer considered human. Instead, you're a thoroughbred Monsanto bot, living off the golden nuggets that fall from Mr. Keeblers treehouse and Pillsbury Doughboy's fat rolls. You're something no one has ever been before, and that comes with a big old badge of courage. They might be right when they say we're at the dawn of a new age.
If the gasoline pushers and their minions didn't have to run roughshod over everything, maybe the whole GMO thing wouldn't be a big deal. Maybe it would be something we could work out nicely. But they have to keep inserting their biotech into everyone's uncle and it's getting stale. Why are GMO's being gleefully spewed everywhere? Why are we incentivizing the the establishment of a new race of Monsanto people? Shouldn't there be a way to stop this? Oh, that's right, there isn't because Monsanto also owns the FDA. Nevermind everything.
We've almost tinkered ourselves to heaven, so let's just savor our wonderful assortment of snacks until we get there. I leave you with a parting thought: Ciao. From the Italian word, schiavo, it means '(I am your) slave. Bite by bite we are becoming slaves to something invisible, but there we are. Ciao.

Bernie Sanders: Not Down With T.P.P.
Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders and Naughty By Nature have teamed up to revamp the classic "Down With O.P.P." to a slightly different tune: "Not Down with T.P.P." Sanders will be emceeing his way to the White House with a brand of in your face, told you so outrage. Ok, not for real, but the specter of Bernie Sanders manning the mic is something the world could benefit from right about now. The corporations, with cheerleading from Obama, want to shove the Trans Pacific Partnership down the world's collective throat and maybe the old hairy eyeball from Sanders is what its going to take to nail some shirts to the wall.
Sanders is considering a run for the White House. He needs to be part of the debates somewhere. The pols are trying to dish a Clinton/Bush election on the country, and somehow there are still people who think either of these people would be good choices. Imagine a set of debates with only the inside political class. What mindwashing madness. Or how about imagining a Rand Paul/Bernie Sanders election. Or a Paul/Sanders Republican ticket. Something to think about.
Sanders recently released a statement on the Trans Pacific Partnership, which he condemns as the worst trade agreement imaginable, unless you are a major MNC carving out your niche in the cadaver of the global economy: "The Trans-Pacific Partnership is a disastrous trade agreement designed to protect the interests of the largest multi-national corporations at the expense of workers, consumers, the environment and the foundations of American democracy. It will also negatively impact some of the poorest people in the world."
The TPP is being pushed as de facto, going to happen, don't stick your foot in the mud by it's proponents. A debate is needed, however, about the wisdom of entering into this agreement at all - regardless of the talking points over boosting GDP's and incomes. These agreements do nothing but subjugate huge numbers of people, transfer jobs abroad, lower protections, and generally disempower people as a whole in the face of corporate dominance and control. What is at stake is no less than another fundamental change, in a worse direction, to the world economy, one that will like a wrecking ball swing through the current system and be followed with a mafia development in its place. The truth needs to be addressed, and Bernie Sanders is outspoken enough to get that message across. Eyes on the Senator from Vermont.

Pushing CHUSTIA: The China US Trade and Investment Agreement
Sean Miner doesn't reveal the name of the trade agreement he's suggesting the U.S. pursues with China, but it's name is CHUSTIA - The Comprehensive Bilateral China-US Trade and Investment Agreement. You can learn all about it here, straight from the horse's mouth, in a presentation given by C. Fred Bergsten and Gary Clyde Hufbauer, coauthors with Sean Miner of the book, "Bridging the Pacific: Toward Free Trade and Investment Between China and the United States."
Bergsten mentions that job losses would be something like 150,00 per year for ten years in the United States, which he says will then be balanced by job growth in the industries with increased exports to China, most notably those in the services sector. They refer to the job phenomenon as an "involuntary separation," but offer as a silver lining in their slideshow the fact that, "National economic benefits will reach $1.25 million in 2025 annually for each involuntarily separated worker."
The Peterson Institute for International Economics has a veritable roster of heavy hitting corporations, foundations, governmental types, and titans of finance and industry backing its research. This is where real policy is created, Congress isn't even around half the time to pass this kind of legislation. I mean, look at the TransPacific Partnership. They want to give the Congress twenty hours to read the thing over before signing it. Major international trade agreement - twenty hours. And something like no revisions thrown into the deal, too. Not to mention, there have been something like 800 special clearances granted for corporate and official access to reading the agreement. But definitely not the Congress. Why would you ever let the Congress read such an enormous trade deal like that?
Perhaps Bergsten and company envision one way the US might double its exports to China by 2025 is by ramping up agricultural exports. James Wolfensohn, ex-head of the World Bank was talking about this years ago, but his version of exports was allowing Chinese companies to start running large-scale agricultural operations in the U.S.
Like any of these broad trade deals, details and specifics are a must to understand what's being pushed and why. Where are these trade negotiations removing Chinese barriers and why? What U.S. economic sectors will experience the "involuntary displacement" Bergsten refers to and why? Who, specifically, has earmarked funds for this research? I'm sure some of these answers and more can be found here in the book.
